Ordering Information

FOR PAYMENT:
We no longer take credit cards.  We do have Zelle which is preferred over Paypal by using our email address, cgmaz@cox.net, but wait until we give final shipping costs by email when we receive your order. You can also send us a personal check or money order.  Please wait until we calculate shipping to pay us.  In most instances, if order is in the US,  we will ship on approval before payment is made, and when you receive it you can pay.  Thanks for your order.

Note:  Often, we will send on approval without prepayment (if you have previously done business or at our discretion, but never COD).

MAIL ORDER:
To make a Check or Money-Order purchase add your items to the shopping cart, fill out the information form on the Place Order page. Then click BUY IT (bottom of this page) and print out the printer ready order form. The address is printed on the order form. If you do not have a printer, simply copy down the address and mail your payment with the transaction order number written on your check.

SHIPPING COSTS:
Shipping costs including Endicia insurance (less than USPS) will be billed at actual cost plus 5% and you can request registered US Mail for $14 more.

We will hold merchandise until receipt unless account is established. For international orders, we will ship when your payment is made.  For all orders, please wait until we contact you that we have the item in stock.

We prefer the USPS for shipments, the cost is lowest in most cases.  In the US, Currently most small items can ship for $8.55 in USPS priority mail. $15 for medium and $18 for large flat rate USPS priority Mail. We will give you a total for your order before shipping.  International orders use USPS Intl. First Class Air rates. For registered service please add $14.

TERMS OF SALE: 
All items are sent on approval and refund less shipping costs will be given if returns are made within 10 days of receipt. All prices are FOB Tempe, AZ.

RESERVATIONS:
To reserve items ahead of time, use the shopping cart, and specify your purchase plans in the comment area of the form.  This email is not a secure transaction, so please do not include credit card information, unless you are in the Pay Pal Area. Good faith reservations will be held for ten days. 

WISH LIST:
Besides our Wish List, you may also use the comment area of this form for "wish list" requests.  We have an extensive inventory, and can compile specific collections for personal, scholastic and Museum needs.
